Q. Best advice for women who want to go out in life and crush it!

A. Advocate. When in doubt, advocate for the change in the world that you want to see in your lifetime.

Q. What do you do to celebrate women?

A. Hiring, championing, and advancing women are the top three ways to celebrate them. The most important thing you can do to celebrate women is to pay them their worth.

Q. What do you want to see more of?

A. Parity on corporate boards in my lifetime.

Q. Recommended reading:

A. Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain by Betty Edwards is my favorite book. You become unstoppable once you realize that your ability to perceive consciously and make a correct mind shift affects your skills and impact.

Q. The theme for this year's women's history month is Valiant Women of the Vote. What women's rights are you most passionate about?

A. Access to opportunities is a fundamental human right. My life transformed when I immigrated to the United States as a teenager. It gave me access to world-class education and Silicon Valley opportunities. Understanding that my life would have been completely different, I believe that access to opportunities should not be left to luck.

Q. Shout out to another woman who has made a difference in your life and how she/they did that.

A. Lilian Caldeira, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Parley Pro, for teaching me to get stronger with every challenge. Elizabeth Andrew, VP of Sales at Parley Pro, for modeling how to be unapologetically persistent. Julie Q. Brush, Founder of Solutus Legal, for teaching me how to live in service to others. Jesal Prabaker, General Counsel at Campaign Monitor, for showing me how to adopt and hire your mentors. Kamron Hack, Director of People and Culture at Firewood, for showing that a big heart is always in style. Sharon Zezima for her ability to tell the most vivid stories and stay cool under pressure. And, numerous others....
