Caetlin Folawn is the cofounder & CEO of You’re Welcome, a Heartfulness meditation trainer, a friend, a daughter, … and so much more! :)

Caetlin hails from Portland, Oregon where she had the wonderful opportunity to learn French from the age of three years old. She then went on to study International Relations at the University of Washington and at Sciences Po Paris. She's worked for IT market research firms on B2B & B2C studies including the hospitality industry. She is an avid practitioner of Heartfulness meditation, running, cooking and traveling to all corners of the globe.

Q. What does kindness mean to you?

A. Kindness means love. It means opening your heart in every moment & every aspect of your life.

A. I shared with my team! :)

Q. What will you do to share kindness today?

A. I will call my Mom and say I love you. And give her one fabulous compliment that will make her shine!

Q. Favorite example(s) of how others can share kindness

A. I always feel that sharing food and cooking is a great way to show love and kindness to others. :)

A. My first day at You’re Welcome’s Mountain View office at Avanta Ventures. This is like a homecoming for me after living many years full time abroad.

A. Take time to slow down. Read a book. Go for a swim. Get a massage.
