Transformation is not an overnight experience - Explore Coaching

I love this line in the movie, Soul - "Lost souls are not that different from those in the zone. When that joy becomes an obsession, one becomes disconnected from life."

Have you ever arrived at your destination and didn’t remember how you got there? You were on autopilot and tuned out to the world around you. Has this ever happened to you at work or at home? We miss out on life by letting the best parts pass us by.

Let's not be lost. Let's be present together to create something that is so incredible and full of kindness where we see each other and our imperfections and our human experiences.

We compete in a society that honors being busy instead of thriving in a society that honors being active. Busy is a symptom of things that happen to us when we push ourselves to do more. I would rather be active, living in choice and thriving in collaboration with others.

When you take away all of the busy-ness, what are you left with? I want to invite you into being more of your true self.

When we stop clinging to our past way of living we open ourselves up to possibility.

What would you like to let go of? Anxiety? Stress? Perfection? Jealousy?

Come with me on an 8-week group coaching journey.

Have you have been reevaluating the direction of your career, your life, or your legacy?

Transformation is not an overnight experience. A client shared a great example of this on a call this week in reference to Amanda Gorman, the youngest inaugural poet in U.S. history who read the poem, "The Hill We Climb" at the inauguration. I'm sure you have heard about her challenges on overcoming a speech impediment. She worked hard to overcome her obstacles and get to where she is now. She was not an overnight success and yet, overnight, the world knows her name. (P.S. I have pre-ordered her book. You can check it out here.)

J.P. Morgan’s 2021 Business Leaders Outlooks says that “2021 is not just about surviving the challenges of the past year. Business leaders adopted a new set of business practices forged in crisis that are likely to change the way they innovate and operate for years to come. Executives also told us they’re thinking about more than just day-to-day operations. They’re focusing more on causes that matter to their communities, employees and other key stakeholders.”

I have three programs to help you bring wellness and mental health into your business growth.

3 ways to work with me.png

1. Join an eight-week mental fitness coaching group.

With a focus on 2021, my clients are eager to create more engagement, cut through the overwhelm, gain support, and focus on talent retention at a time where competition is anywhere in a remote workforce. This means putting wellness, mental health, and belonging at the center of what we do, and creating a framework that makes that a priority.

When I coach on saboteur and sage, my clients are more clear-headed, able to accomplish so much more, feel good in the everyday, and learn how to strengthen their neural pathways to live in sage mode so they can "handle challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action."

I would love to have you or someone you know join this group.

It is a really exciting opportunity. I am a Certified Professional Intelligence Coach and am one of the Positive Intelligence Pioneers. I have personally experienced the shift of connecting and integrating my work into a new dynamic that connects wellness to peak performance. It is important to me to thrive and protect the relationships in my life - both personally and professionally - during a time that asks a lot of all of us.

2. Bring a workshop to your team:

  • A 45-minute workshop on Positive Intelligence to help your team move From Perfect to Purpose

  • Review the judge and the nine accomplice saboteurs; why they are important to understand; and how they sabotage our best efforts.

  • Review the three sage perspectives and how they can be activated with self-command. Follow along on a handout to take home and practice.

  • Practice Empathy Exercises in small break-out groups.

  • Learn language that helps us create kindness and the relationships we need to thrive.

  • Participants will leave feeling energized, excited for what’s possible, and have new language to use at work and at home to activate their sage mind and live with positivity, ultimately empowering them to thrive with higher performance, better well-being, and improved relationships.

This is not a boring presentation. This is an engaging workshop with surveys and guided break-out rooms. Your participants will walk away with concrete skills they can use to build their mental fitness. (Email link)

3. 1:1 Leadership Coaching

Everyone has a leader within. How you show up with your leadership skills can make or break an organization. In yoga philosophy, the process of living is the path to enlightenment. Within an organization our self-awareness directly informs our ability to lead – from within, from behind, in the front of the room, or on the side. Your leadership journey challenges you to show up for yourself first and then for everyone else. If a leader’s internal judge focuses on achievement at all costs, this will lead to stress and anxiety throughout the team.

Monica’s leadership coaching invites you to perform better while enjoying work more—similar to athletes “in the zone.” Feel less stressed, more peace, and consistent happiness, even in tough times. Improve relationships at home and at work so you are able to handle conflicts in ways that deepen trust and harmony. Leadership coaching includes a range of services depending on what is right for you and your team.

  • Alignment around vision, values, passion, and purpose.

  • Self-awareness and team dynamics

  • Conflict management

  • Thriving with high-performers

  • Creating a coaching culture

  • Moving beyond the status quo and more!

If you are serious about using this time to take your life and career to the next level, let's chat!

Thank you, always!
