Stuck. Stressed. Strained. A new book featuring stories on mindset.

When Kate Kerr invited me to write a chapter in her new book I was excited and nervous. It was a compilation of stories on mindset and she asked us to write a personal experience that demonstrated how we evolved our way of thought in order to persevere.

That was about a year ago and I had doubts along the way. Would it be good enough? Would anyone care? Even though I coach on mindset and change management, it is still something I have to practice every day. Even though I show up with compassion and optimism, I still have doubts and fears. I practice positive intelligence every day and find space for ease and flow. Each day is a new day. It is not the same as yesterday and it will not be the same as tomorrow. The choices I make today will define how more of my tomorrow’s look and feel. So with each small step I move forward into new moments and new opportunities.

The outcome of the steps Kate put in motion a year ago is a set of incredible stories and the book is called, “Stuck.Stressed.Strained. Real stories about shifting your mindset to overcome challenges” available on Amazon.

My chapter is “Intentional Mindset: Strategies and Tactics for Shifting Mindset and Moving Forward" where I share personal stories to overcome challenges and find the gift in this moment. If you would like a copy of my chapter please get in touch and I would be happy to send it to you.

If you like it, please share it with a friend and leave a review.
