Please join me for a 30-minute Gentle Yoga Class.

Fridays at 9 am pacific, 12 pm eastern.

This class will incorporate breath work, core strengthening exercises, flexibility, and meditation.

Whether you are just waking up or taking a mindfulness break from your day, this class will gently energize your whole body helping you feel strong and calm to move with ease into what is next.

Recommended: A mat and some comfortable clothes that allow movement. Blocks and a strap are suggested.
