SC Moatti: A day in the life of a mobile veteran and author (#1 new release on Amazon)

Today I woke up at 6:30 am.

The first thing I did was one hour of yoga.

My morning ritual includes yoga (I never miss), checking the news, catching up on emails, tea and Greek yogurt.

I started working at 8:30 am.

I celebrated my book on mobile, “Mobilized,” being selected as a #1 new release on Amazon!

What I love most about my work is the people I work with. I’m lucky that I get to choose them.

I am so glad that I get to make a difference in people’s lives. We help businesses succeed in mobile: it’s good for consumers and employees, and it’s good for business.

Did you have a plan for your day? Did it go as planned? I’m a huge planner! I have a set of new year resolutions pinned to the wall in the kitchen for everyone to see, and I break them down into 2-3 month goals, then into weekly and daily goals. It’s a bit like lean agile applied to personal life. I realize it can sound extreme, but that’s really what keeps me sane every day.

How do you commute? I rarely use my car. Instead, I take Lyft Line or public transportation. What I love about Lyft Line is that you get to meet cool people along the way.

For dinner I enjoy a glass of wine and a healthy meal with my man. We love that ritual together. It wraps the day nicely and helps both of us disconnect and recharge for a few hours.

My favorite technology that I used today is my phone, no hesitation. I rarely use my computer because I answer emails on my smartphone. I also recently got an iPad Air and it replaces my computer for work like presentations and documents.

I am inspired by people who create their own path through life. I admire anyone who goes against the odds. For them, realizing their dreams is only a matter of time.

I can’t live without:
Love and the people I care about.
Freedom and feeling challenged.
Books and great shows.
