Q. Best advice for women who want to go out in life and crush it!

A. Do what has meaning for you. What will make you feel great and helpful. And go do it!

Q. What do you do to celebrate women?

A. I mentor five hours a week typically entrepreneurs who need help in moving forward. I also have a podcast that tells people's stories of being Unstoppable. You can find it on iTunes at Unstoppable with Kara Goldin.

Q. What do you want to see more of?

A. More people figuring out what they were meant to be doing. What is it that they are excited about doing. And go do it.

Q. Recommended reading:

A. To Kill a Mockingbird. I first read it in grade school and it was probably the first time I ever really thought about the concept of walking in someone else's shoes. The story is timeless and has stuck with me for years.

Q. The theme for this year's women's history month is Valiant Women of the Vote. What women's rights are you most passionate about?

A. Gender equality and helping other women be successful. Mentoring. Encouraging them to rise up. Listen to other's stories. Stay strong.

Q. Shout out to another woman who has made a difference in your life and how she/they did that.

A. Rachel Sklar. She runs a group that I am part of called The List. She has introduced me to so many topics that I would not have normally come across. In addition, I have met so many people from all over the world on this List. Hearing their stories and perspectives has made a big impact in my life to just go out and try. Do.
