Yin Yoga for Joint Health

Enjoy the benefits of slowing down. Grounding, longer-held poses help hydrate connective tissues, alleviate tension, relieve stress, and calm your mind. Yin yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice not to be confused with restorative yoga. The long, deep holds of the yin practice target the connective tissue. This nourishing experience offers conscious rest and unwinding for the body, mind, and spirit to improve joint health, reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation and lead to better sleep.

Integrate some easeful movement and mindfulness into your afternoon in this 30-minute gentle Yoga Practice.

Whether you are at home or at the office, this class is accessible to all. For the best experience, comfortable clothes are recommended for a full range of motion. A clean place to sit and stretch is also recommended (mat or blanket).
