Rate your current energy levels in four dimensions (scale of 1–5):
Physical: How rested and energized does your body feel?
Emotional: How positively and calmly are you engaging with others?
Mental: How focused and clear is your thinking?
Purpose/Spiritual: How connected do you feel to your values and purpose?

Leading at all levels begins with energy awareness. The more intentional we are about how we manage our energy, the more capacity we have to inspire, support, and influence others—wherever we are in the org chart.
